      <image:caption>I’m a Yoga teacher and Wellbeing workshop facilitator in the process of a setting up this website, (it’s not finished yet!). Deep relaxation is one of the most restoring and rejuvenating states for our body, our mind and our emotional health. It’s not always easy to truly relax, often when we need it the most is when it is hardest to access. I create one to one, group and corporate sessions designed to lower adrenaline and allow for deep rest by combining techniques from yoga, massage, mindfulness and acupressure.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>I create yoga sessions tailored to your goals, to perfectly fit your body and leave you feeling great. Using a decade of yoga teaching as well as many years as a massage therapist I combine variety of yoga styles, myafacial release, self massage and relaxation techniques. By reframing challenges and differences into a celebration of individuality and diversity we get to have have fun while exploring the world of yoga. Whether you are a cyclist with tight legs, have dementia, cancer, menopause, are neurodiverse or just feeling a bit stiff, I’ll create yoga just for you. Private classes can take place at your home, The Massage Centre in Chiswick or online. The benefits to spending time tuning into your body are as unique as we are. As we start to find comfort and connection in yoga, we often feel emotionally and mentally ready for our lives off the mat.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About - I found yoga…</image:title>
      <image:caption>while I was working at a desk job. By the end of the day my neck and shoulders would seize up so much I’d have to swing my whole chair around to look at someone. I’d turn up at yoga stiff and disgruntled. I’d float out of class with full head-turning ability, feeling amazing. I knew I wanted to share this feeling so I did my teacher training at Yoga Blend in Los Angeles. Two months after graduating I was diagnosed with breast cancer and my practice took on a whole new dimension. Dealing with recovery, limitations, chronic fatigue and uncertainty, deepened my understanding of the nervous system and how powerful yoga and relaxation practices can be. Now I work with private clients, charities, create courses and run corporate workshops.</image:caption>
